Meet the gourmet chef and your professional guide at the Kayon Resort Lobby at 7.00AM and head to the traditional market for your tour.
Pick up the spices and vegetables required for your cooking lesson under the guidance of the gourmet chef. Observe the daily lives of the local Balinese people in the traditional market and their selling techniques. After about an hour, head back to the resort to the Canyon Jetty to begin your cooking lesson at 11:00 AM. For almost two hours, the gourmet chef will teach you secret recipes from the Balinese cuisine and you can prepare the delicious dishes with your very own hands.
At the end of the lesson, bite into the scrumptious lunch that you have prepared yourself and take home the gift of the Balinese cuisine with cooking skills.
