Indulge in the Indonesian cuisine served in the traditional way with the Rijstaffel experience. Served in one of the comfortable birdcage cabanas near the Rimba Cabana Pool, your personal waiter will bring you an array of local dishes which is best shared amongst a group, but is also available for two people. Await a souvenir of a hand-written menu on lontar which has been made in a village in Karangasem.

Itinerary

Meet your personal waiter at the Cabana Pool, Rimba Jimbaran by Ayana and head to one of the birdcage private cabana to begin your experience.

You will be greeted with a welcome drink and be seated at your table in the private birdcage cabana by the Cabana Pool. With comfortable sofas and banana leaf candles lighting your path, enjoy the optimum luxury and maximum privacy with your family or friends. Indulge in the scrumptious five-course dinner served in traditional Indonesian style. Enjoy delicacies lawar, bebek betutu, pisang goreng and many more. You can also opt for coffee or tea at the end of the meal.

After your meal, you can head back to your Rimba room with memories from a Balinese evening with a special souvenir – a hand-written menu on a lontar, which is a type of wood traditionally used for palm leaf manuscripts, made in the village of Karangasem.
