This tour starts from your hotel lobby in the early Tokyo morning, from where you will be picked up and transported by a comfortable coach. Your first stop will be the Tokyo tower, which is the highlight of Tokyo, standing at approximately 333 mts height. Here you will have the chance to capture panoramic views of Japan’s capital from the main observatory that stands at 145 meters in Japan’s second tallest structure. You can also indulge in the exhilarating experience of walking in air as you step into the glass floor looking down at the rest of the city.

Next your tour will take you to experience a traditional tea making ceremony, one of the most iconic aspects of Tokyo. While you sip on your meticulously brewed tea, admire bonsai trees in the Japanese garden, which has carefully preserved the lovely Edo-style ambience throughout the centuries. After a delectable and authentic Japanese style lunch your tour will drive past the Japanese Capitol and your guide will share information about the building and its political significance. A brief stop at the plaza infront of the Imperial Palace will give you the chance to click some amazing pictures and cross the symbolic, double-arched Niju-Bashi Bridge. The bridge originally lead to the Edo Castle before large fires destroyed much of its carved wooden structures. Your expert guide will also tell you about the history of the site and how the emperor of Japan claimed the site as his official residence in 1863. After this you will embark on a boat ride to Asakusa from Hinode Pier on Tokyo Bay. This cruise will last for forty minutes and in this duration, you will be able to appreciate the historically significant Sumida River and you pass under 12 bridges on the journey.

When you arrive in Asakusa, your guide will take you through the Nakamise shopping street which is a renowned hub for traditional food items and souvenir shops, leading to the iconic and stunning Asakusa Kannon Temple. Tokyo’s oldest and most significant Buddhist temple has centuries of stories to tell and you will learn about them during your tour through this 1,300-year-old temple. Before concluding your trip, you can enjoy a drive through the Ginza shopping district, which makes for one of the most luxurious shopping locations in the world. Shop for your favorite brands here and head to Tokyo Station where you will be dropped off with details on how to reach your hotel from there.
