Found a better rate for your hotel on another site?  Tell us and we promise to match the rate!

 

If you find a room at a lower rate, within 24 hours of booking, Rizort promises to match it. What more? We will offer you a complimentary spa voucher* for two, within the same hotel.

 

Terms and conditions to qualify

 

The lower rate found:

 

·      Must have exact booking requirements and rate type and cancellation policy

·      Must be for the same hotel, room type (including the same number and size of beds), stay dates/length, number of guests and inclusions

·      Must be available publicly and can be verified on the other website

·      Must be comparable to a fully paid confirmed booking

·      Should be for a booking made 48 hours in advance of stay

 

Exclusions

 

       Current booking, which is under review, not confirmed or have not been paid in full

       Bookings older than 24 hours

       Same day booking

       Booking which has either been used or canceled

       Bookings made through discounted channels or offline/unauthorized travel agents, reseller site or any such third party

       Rates which are part of a special package, corporate rates, loyalty program or deal

       Rates offered by websites not disclosing property name till payment and booking is made successfully

       Currency exchange fluctuations causing rate fluctuation within 2% range

       Rates quoted on websites that can’t confirm the booking and accept payments (e.g. websites linking to a third party’s website)

       Rates which cannot be verified by Rizort

 

How to Claim

Please send an email to support@rizort.com with the subject “Price Match Claim For Booking ID-  < enter your Rizort booking> ” along with the visible screen shot of the lower price. Kindly mention the exact URL where you have found the lower price.
