Created under the leadership of King Rama V, the first king who went to Europe, Dusit Palace holds many buildings inspired by the European architecture and Palaces. Though the king does not currently reside here, the buildings hold numerous artifacts and royal belongings. Some parts of the property have been turned into museums and are open for visitors.
