Kick-start your day with a fresh and healthy breakfast and meet your chef at the restaurant. The chef will then take you to the spirit house to make merit (doing good things as mentioned in scriptures), a Thai tradition of starting your day. Begin your cooking journey with shopping first. Pick your shopping bag and you’ll be heading to a local market via a tuk-tuk to purchase the vegetables, fruits and all the necessary ingredients with your chef. Local markets are the best place to understand the food and culture of the place. Your chef will help you out with shopping and will explain everything to you on your way. Different types of veggies, spices and aromas must already be tantalizing your taste buds. When you return, your chef will lead you to the kitchen where your cooking class begins. The kitchen is equipped with all the culinary items. The chef will demonstrate various traditional cooking techniques and skills practiced in Thailand. If you want, you can also try them out. After the dish is prepared, it will be brought to your table where you can enjoy the result of your labor with a fine glass of wine. Take home the recipes, the certificate provided by the chef and the traditional cooking skills that you learned here.
