Start your morning with a relaxing and peaceful yoga session in the middle of the bay. Whether it is your first time with SUP Yoga or you're a pro, this class tends to every type of learner. Learn the stand-up paddleboarding techniques on the beach before boarding the cruise that will take you around the bay and then anchor to let you experience floating yoga. We would recommend you bring your swimwear, or yoga pants, a beach towel, sunscreen and an extra pair of clothes to change into after the class.
Begin your class with teacher Tammy with hath-yoga poses followed by Yin-Yang style postures on a paddleboard. Focus on your breathing while maintaining balance on your board. Since life jackets are not used in this class, we would recommend this activity to only swimmers. In this calm and tranquil atmosphere, feel all your senses intensified, and absorb the peace and tranquility of the environment.
Return to the beach after the class and enjoy fresh and healthy breakfast with tropical fruits and freshly baked bread. Once done, head back to your hotel in a drop-off transfer.
