The Christoffel National Park is filled with a rich variety of over 450 species of plants and home to many local birds and animals. You shall spot wild orchids, the Curacao white-tailed deer or the rare Palabrua, a native barn owl. Spend the day exploring the park with or without a guide. You can get yourself a guide at the front desk for a safely guided hike or choose to stroll around on your own. The complex also includes the Museum Savonet and some of the earliest plantations with complete plantation structures. Special car routes and rental mountain bikes are available for those who do not want to walk while there are various organized activities, safaris, deer spotting sunset tours and full moon walks to make your visit more interactive. Keep in mind that mountain climbing is only possible between 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM.
