Kickstart your day early and get ready to explore Jamaica. We would recommend you to carry a small bag with necessary items like sunglasses, sunscreen and a bottle of water. A pickup transfer will arrive at your hotel entrance and take you to the capital of Jamaica. The first stop for the day is the University of the West Indies, Mona. The University holds great importance and historical significance as it is one of the primary three schools founded to provide educational opportunities to Caribbean residents. On your way to the University, you will also pass through the Beverly Hills of Jamaica, where many renowned and wealthy Jamaican citizens reside. Next, you will visit the most important site of the day- Bob Marley's museum. This museum used to be the former house of this legendary musician. Learn more about the life and past of Bob Marley as you visit his old home, his achievements, influence, and philosophy towards life. Visit the recording studio where all the magic happened and spend some time in the gift shop picking up souvenirs and gifts for friends and family. Moving on, you will then be taken to the Devon House, used to be known as Millionaire's Corner because of its former resident, George Stiebel, who was Jamaica's first black millionaire. A famous landmark in Kingston, Devon's House is now a large museum and is counted as a National Heritage Site of Jamaica. At the end of the tour, you will be dropped back to your hotel in Ocho Rios by a transfer.
