Get ready for an insightful and fun day in Dubai. You will be picked up from your hotel and taken to the Dubai Creek to board your seaplane flight. You will be briefed by the crew about the safety instructions.
You will then set off to soar high as you enjoy the aerial view of Dubai’s most renowned sites such as the Burj Khalifa and Palm Jumeirah. After the seaplane ride, you will begin with your tour to discover Dubai’s rich heritage. Taking a break from Dubai’s glitz and glamour, this tour will take you on a journey to explore the lesser-known gems of the city. You will visit the Dubai Museum, located in the 18th-century Al Fahidi Fort. This museum showcases Dubai’s history and original heritage. Get a glimpse of the daily life led by the people in ancient times. The museum’s galleries recreate historic Arab houses, mosques, souks, date farms, deserts, and marine life. You can also explore the rich history of pearl-diving in the region, including actual weights and scales used at the time.
You can then stroll around Al Bastakia, the oldest standing residential area of Dubai, to see its winding lanes and wind-tower houses. Here you can enjoy a sumptuous meal at a local restaurant. Then ride across the Dubai Creek in a traditional Abra-a small motorized water taxi, to explore the famous Spice Souk that comprises stalls piled with aromatic spices and herbs.
You will also be visiting the Gold Souk, which houses a huge collection of shops selling a remarkable variety of goods at exceptionally reasonable prices, making it the ultimate haven for all shopaholics and jewellery lovers.
Once you’re done exploring and enjoying learning about Dubai’s history, you will be transferred back to your hotel.
